She was predeceased by: her husband Ted Ronald Johnson; her parents, Raymond Carlisle and Emma Florence Hazlegrove (Lamley); her son John Thomas Jr.; her brother Raymond Hazlegrove; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Winaker and Lorraine Vecchioni.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Tonya McCormick (Donald); her grandchildren, Craig Thomas (Jennifer), Emma Thomas, Maya Thomas and Chasity Reich (Zachary Goodman); her great grandchildren, Cullen Leppo, Charles Thomas and Daysie-Mae Goodman; her siblings, Ruth Winaker, Arthur Vecchioni, Vincent Vecchioni (Linda), Mario Vecchioni (Harriet), Edna Tingler (Kermit) and Charles Hazlegrove (Brenda); and her sister-in-law Linda Hazlegrove.
