He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Mitchell Lykins and Loretta L. Lykins (Mitchell); and his brother Kevin Lykins. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Brown (John) of Conowingo, MD, Cathy L. Mitchell (Barry) of Havre, Jane Conway of Mayer, AZ and Jon Lykins (Cheryl) of Pheonix, AZ.. He is also survived by his brother and sisters, Mike will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
