He is survived by: his daughter Anita Simms; his son-in-law Jaccob Simms; his grandchildren, Olivia and Addison Simms; and his siblings, Ben Cleary, Virginia Petty, Sheba Smith, Harrison Cleary, Ronnie Cleary, Carrie Perkins, Hobert Cleary, Willard Cleary, Robert Cleary and Kyle Cleary.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Harford County Humane Society, 2208 Connolly Road, Fallston, MD 21047.
