He was predeceased by: his brothers, Howard C. Edelmann and Carl H. Edelmann. He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Edelmann; his children, John Paul Edelmann, Jr. (Kim), Kevin David Edelmann (Amy) and Amy Edelmann Manusselis (Andreas); his sister Ann Edelmann; his grandchildren, John Paul Edelmann III, Bryce Philip Edelmann, Brianna Nicole Edelmann and Luke David Edelmann; and also, Koko and Zoe.
