He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Griffiths and Georgia Plotczyk (Hoffman); his son Michael John Griffiths; and his siblings, James Griffiths and Dorothy Eckert.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi Ruth Cutlip; his children, Karen Sizemore (Jeffrey), Susan Peyto (Paul), Robert Griffiths and James Griffiths (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Kathleen MacLaughlin (Tim), Samuel Sizemore, Joseph Sizemore, Ryan and George Griffiths; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Benjamin and Rebecca MacLaughlin. He is also survived by five children, three sons and two daughters.
