He was predeceased by: his wife Ella M. Stamper (Burkins); and his parents, Floyd Stamper and Effie Viola Stamper (Baldwin). He is survived by: his children, Roxanna Mancusi (Joseph) of Raleigh, NC. and Dean R. Stamper of Street, MD.; and his sister Carolyn Hubbard.
