He was predeceased by: his brother Jeffrey Neal Almoney. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Marie Almoney (Smith); his children, Gregory Woodrow Almoney of Delta, PA, Holley Izola Young (Michael) of Bel Air, MD and Rachel Izola Almoney of Delta, PA; his granddaughter Emiko Maerie Young; and also Carol Burkindine.
