He was predeceased by: his close friend Louise Saylor; his parents, Daniel Marion Williams and Mary Agnes Williams (Heaps); and his sisters, Louise Greene and June Atkin.

He is survived by: his nephew Steve Greene (family: Mike Atkin); his niece Jayme Atkin Webster (family: Dawn Scarborough); and also Patricia Neiser. He is also survived by her family, Dawn Scarborough and her family.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bethany Baptist Church (4162 Delta Rd, Airville, PA 17302). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
