He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Gorrera and Elsie Gorrera (Seymour); his wife Audrey Kilgore Gorrera; his stepfather William Harding; and his siblings, Tony Gorrera (Bud) and Maxine Rash.
He is survived by: his children, Elmo Freddie Gorrera, II, Cheryl Ohmstede (Richard), Donna Porter and Joseph Gorrera (Diane); his stepchildren, Sandra Ball (Lee), Samuel Kilgore (Donna) and Shirley Collins (John); his siblings, Mark Gorrera (Michele), Lee Gorrera (Paula), Toni Sue Christopher (Jeff) and Mary Gorrera; and his caregiver Linda Theimer. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
