Willis; his children, Rhonda C. Knapp of Livingston, LA and Douglas R. Willis, III (Kasie) of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Carra L. Rydel (Chasady) of O'Fallon, MO, Katie Henry (Jordan) of Cleveland, IL, Dylan C. Rydel of Lebanon, TN, Samuel R. Willis of Fair Hill, PA and Austin R. Rydel (Trinity) of Delta, PA; his great grandchildren, Arianna and Anthony McDowell of O'Fallon, MO; and his brothers, James R. Willis, Sr. (Sharon) of Wilmington, DE, Mitchell W. Willis, Sr. (Mary) of Middletown, DE and Lewis Willis (Skeeter) of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
