It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Elmer Burkins (Delta, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tom Burkins, Eleanor Burkins Slyver and Frank Burkins. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Burkins (Rockey); his sons, Richard, Kenneth and David Burkins; his stepson Michael Montgomery Randy Montgomery; his son Tyler Theresa Bostic; and his grandchildren, Ashley and Andrew Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
