He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Testerman and Chloe Testerman; his siblings, Don E. Sr., James, Ramon Testerman, Pearl Simons, Thelma Privitt, Katherine Ross and Mae Crumrine; and his daughter Tina Phillips.
He is survived by: his brother Joseph Testerman; and his children, Tony, Penny Testerman and Lisa Weigel. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
The family kindly requests that those attending the viewing please wear a mask while inside the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to be made to a Rugby Creek Animal Rescue.
