He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Theresa Johnson. He is survived by: his friend Bryan; his children, Bryan Burgee, Jr. (Noel) of Elkton, MD and Melissa S. Burgee of New Park, PA.; and his siblings, Robert Burgee, Terri Juchniewicz (Dave), Timothy P. Burgee, Teddy Burgee (Susan) and Bethany Burgee.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to the York County SPCA, 3159 North Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.
