She was predeceased by: her husband John Henry Ruple, Sr.; her daughter Donna Lee Barker; her son-in-law Richard M. Powers; and her brother Franklin Wilson (Dot). She is survived by: her children, Beth R. Powers (Barker) of Delta, PA and Timothy O. Barker (Charlene) of Fort Myers, FL.; her grandchildren, Jonathan H. Powers of Delta, PA, Gena Welker (Jay) of Fort Myers, FL and Chris Smith (Amy) of Fort Myers, FL.; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Cailyn, Lily and Adriane; and her sisters, Ann Hanvey of Manning, SC, Carolyn Goodwin of Cottageville, SC and Georgie Lyons of Searcy, AR..
