He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Palmer and Cecelia Palmer. He is survived by: his daughters, Selena Palmer of Manor and Rheanna Palmer of Greensburg; and his siblings, William Palmer Jr. (Patty) of Penn, Sarah Pavolik of Jeannette, Linda Adair of Greensburg and Wilma Thomas of Mt. Pleasant.
