She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kuth and Julia Sullivan Kuth; her husband Charles "Sonny" Freuchtel Jr.; and her sister Catherine Carpenter. She is survived by: her children, Monica Trice (Lester) of Greensburg, Charlotte Steffey (Dale) of Greensburg and Chuck Freuchtel (Susan) of Export; her grandchildren, Melissa Morrison, Dina Paulich (Joe), Jessica Sciullo (Mike), Raymond Trice, Heather Costa and Chad Freuchtel (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Amedio, Morgan, Damon, Landon, Carter, Addisyn, Giulianna, Logan, Lucas, Colt and Cash; and her brother Dr. John Kuth of Leechburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
