He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Madar (Thomas); his children, Jill Prah (Ryan) of Elizabeth Township and Thomas Madar (Ashley) of Grove City, OH; his grandchildren, Alyssa Dellasalla, Ryan Dellasalla, Megan Madar, Nathan Madar, Daniel Madar, Andrew Madar and Baby Boy Madar; his sisters, Trudie Fawcett (John) of Summerville, WV and Kathleen Hagerty (Kirk) of Rostraver; and his nieces and nephews, Julie Blankenship, Kelly Hagerty, Jacquie Bryner, Gail Lydon, Dawn Bock, Kris Hagerty and Dayne Walman.
