She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Edward Harper and Ethel Pauline Harper (Terrill); and her siblings, Carol Greer, Nancy Burk and Gerald Harper.

She is survived by: her husband Mitchell Sasala, Jr.; her son Mitchell Christian Sasala; her daughter-in-law Laura Kathryn Sasala (Schadle); and her grandchildren, Ava Elizabeth Sasala and Luke Christian Sasala. She is also survived by her family, especially her son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.
