He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Seaman and Elizabeth Seaman (Tarter); and his siblings, Cheryl Ann, Bennett and Duane.

He is survived by: his wife Rita Seaman (Lio); his daughters, Lisa Marie Seaman (Hal Caprara) and Rachela "Birdie" Seaman; his grandson Matthew Anthony Seaman (Emma Daniels); and his brothers, Charles, Dean and Vincent DeClaudio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and best friend.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Diabetes Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, or American Heart Association in Dale's honor.
