It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly J. Shimkus of Delmont, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hines and Carrie Jane Hines (Jones); her husband Joseph S. Shimkus; and her brother Jack Hines. She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Houck (Kimberly) of Export and Todd Pangallo (Jodi) of Delmont; her grandchildren, Amberley, Bruce, Ryan, Jordan, Nathan, Rylie and Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Andy, Parker, Luke, August and Palmer Jane.
