She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis and Genevieve Lewis (Vanderburgh); and her sisters, Janelle Potter, Joan Lewis and Margaret Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Nase; and her siblings, William Lewis of Lewiston, NY, David Lewis of Lewiston, NY and Judy Lewis of Lewiston, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
