He is survived by: his wife Barbara Titus (Long) of Dayton; his sons, Doug Titus (Heather) of Florida and Bill Titus, Jr.; his stepson Kevin Slease of Timblin; his stepdaughter-in-law Reba Miller of Mayport; his children, Russell Titus (Stephanie) of Dayton, Shawn Titus of Dayton and Charlene Titus of Dayton; and his sisters, Shirley Walker of Kittanning, Frances Walbert of Templeton, Connie Gabler (Jerry) of Ohio and Carol Wolford of Ohio. He is also survived by his dog, "Abby"; 11 grandchildren.
