She was predeceased by: her father James A. Crissman. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Crissman (Jordan) of Kittanning; her husband Forrest Beitzel; her son Ezra Beitzel; and her siblings, Jennifer Goldstrohm (Troy) of Kittanning, Brenda Fox (Rusty) of Templeton and Jeff Crissman (Jamie) of Ford City.
