He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Laura M. Alcorn (Crissman). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Alcorn (Huber); his children, Gwen Shoffner of Worthington, Greg Alcorn (Trina) of Moultrie, GA, Amanda Coon (Gerry) of Dayton and David Alcorn of Belknap; his grandchildren, Devlin Shoffner, Adam Coon, Austin Alcorn, Maggie Coon and Alex Alcorn; his great grandchildren, Blake and Brandon; and his siblings, Linda Bevill of Houston, TX, Karen Fisher (Jeff) of Kittanning and Lester D. Alcorn of New Bethlehem.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Concord Presbyterian Church (907 State Rte 1018, Dayton, PA 16222).
