She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hoffman and Lenora Hoffman (McElhiney) of Dona; her husband Larry Kephart; and her sister Karla Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Darrin Kephart of Greensburg, Donald Kephart (Danielle) of Kittanning and Dinese Kephart of Iowa; and her grandchildren, Mariah and Madison Kephart.
