He was predeceased by: his wife Kim Shaffer (Hollenbaugh); and his children, Christopher Shaffer and Tania Shaffer. He is survived by: his close friend Kay Brink of Smicksburg; his pet Toby; his children, Belinda Rosencrance (Be), Jake of Dayton, PA, Theresa Reed (Te), Bill of Milan, OH, Tammy Smith and Ken of Corry, PA; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Shaffer of Mayport, PA; his stepson Ken Hoffman of New Bethlehem; his grandchildren, Chad Reed (Daniel), Brittany Bussard, Christopher Rosencrance, Aaron Bussard (Nour), Stephen Rosencrance (Cassidy), Ciara Reed, Owen (Bubba), Hailey Smith (Zach) and Morgan Smith (Tucker); and his great grandchildren, Kaydence Bussard, Kolt Wilson, Sorelle Rosencrance and Mila Bussard.
