He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Keffer and Mary Keffer (Felgar); his son Kevin Keffer; and his grandson Josh Buhlar. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Keffer (Lohr); his daughters, Kathy Keffer and Kim Keffer; his grandchildren, Felicia Neeld, Samuel Spence and Aubrey Hill; his great grandchildren, Nova, Sawyer Neeld, River Spence and Aiden Hill; and his brother Jack Keffer (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
