He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver B. and Eleanor Gregg West Sr.; his wife Victoria Ann Corvin West; and his son Oliver B. West III. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda; his son-in-law Brett Puskar of Dawson; his sons, Jeffrey Ranker of Connellsville and Noel Ranker of Uniontown; his siblings, Linda Johnson (William) of Daisytown, Norma Jean Baker (Bradley) of Perryopolis, Barbara Moore (Charleroi) and L. Gregg West (Sharon) of Monongahela; and his grandchildren, Chase, Meagan, Nolan, Gabe Ranker, Jacob and Luke Puskar.
