She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Carole Boyd Hess; her parents, Henrietta Stillwagon and Harry Stillwagon; and her siblings, Lulu Grace Kilgore and Harry Stillwagon, Jr..
She is survived by: her spouse Louis B. Hess of Dawson, PA.; her son Harry Hess of Titusville; her granddaughter Kimberly Hess; her great grandchild Olivia Toigo-Hess of Annandale; her brother Roy Hess; and her sister-in-law Bertha Hess of Dawson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
