He is survived by: his wife Deborah Farmer Elwell; his daughter Nicole; his son-in-law Ryan Knight of Perryopolis; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Pamela Elwell of Dawson; his sister MaryLou; his brother-in-law James Stanley of Dawson; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Thompson, Samantha Elwell, Lucas Elwell and Marcus Wetzel.
