He is survived by: his mother Beverly Sokolowski Goode (Palmer) of Georgia; his wife Billie Jo Sokolowski (Bolt); his stepson Max Dixon (Kortney Rappold) of Hutchinson; and his sisters, Stacie Haney (Dave) of Virginia, Dallas Maas (Ray) of Tennessee and Kristal Cheshire (Popinsky) of Irwin. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
