He is survived by: his wife Dolores Jean Kimmell Fisher; his children, Julie Miller (Todd) of Belle Vernon and Harry W. Fisher, Jr. of Smithton; his granddaughters, Angela Miller and Melanie Miller; his great grandchildren, Tyler and Emilie; and his brother Russell Fisher (Carol) of Dawson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
