He is survived by: his parents, Lewis E. Gardner and Janet R. Anderson Gardner; his daughter Natalie D. Colebank (Lloyd) of Dawson; his granddaughter Delaney Colebank; and his siblings, Douglas A. Gardner (Carol) of Berlin, OH and Tami L. Ansell (David) of Dawson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
