He was predeceased by: his son Richard B Colbert Jr.; his father Richard B. Colbert Jr.; and his grandparents, John W. Jr., Sara Addis, Shirley and Gib Layman.
He is survived by: his son Dawna Louise Addis; his mother Dawna; his son Carter James-Wade Colbert; his brothers, Richard, Jason and Greg Colbert (Samantha); his nieces and nephews, Alexa, Payton, Jaslyn, Brecken, Bryce and Cruz; his aunts and uncles, David Colbert (John), Dale G Addis, John W. Addis III (Kelly), Thaddeus Golonka, Joseph Pindro, Denise Bonadio (Cam), Darlene Hayes (Mike), Rene Rush (Dave), Marian Lancaster (Bob) and Ruth Ann Thomas; and his cousins, Justin, Shawn, Eric, Joseph, Meaghan, Lauren, Christopher, Jason, Trevor, Zane, John W. IV, Joshua, Jenna and Cheyenne. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be sent for Carter Colbert College Fund at the Scotdale Bank and Trust.
