He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hoffman Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Flint Hoffman; and his son Chris Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Saxon Hoffman; his son Rick Hoffman (Tonya Morris); his grandchildren, Courtney Ann Hoffman, Jacob Hoffman, Tyler Hoffman, Isaac Hoffman, Ethan Hoffman, Evan Hoffman, Blair Lozier, Kacey Shea and Heidi Shae; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Mary Hoffman of Monessen; and his pet Mak.
