He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Helsel); his children, Brenda (Paul Van Valen), Todd (Charlotte Hunter), Melissa (Paul Brinkley) and Drew; his grandchildren, Josh and Bella Brinkley; and his sister Ruth Dellavecchia.
