She was predeceased by: her parents, James Miller and Mamie Miller (Yoder); her former husband Joseph Charlesworth; her husband John "Jack" L. Eppley; and her siblings, Freeman, Ivan, Paul, John Miller, Elenor Zimmerman and Mary Kaltenbaugh.
She is survived by: her sons, James Charlesworth (Amy) of Newport, NC and Ernest Charlesworth (Jane) of Chambersburg; her stepdaughters, Susan Landrith (Lee) of Sparks, NV and Claudia Wilson of Bellefonte; her grandchildren, Russell, Maggie, Molly, Maeve, Preston, Jenny, Jeremy, Keira, Kyla, Vivian, Aiden, Lila and Calen; and her sister Thelma Stern of Stoystown.
