He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Mazzarese and Mae Mazzarese (Epifania); his wife Mary C. Mazzarese (Marone); and his brothers, Peter, Charles, John and Angelo.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa M. (Douglas A. Meyers), Michael A. (Jerome), Joseph J. (Jerome) and John A. (Donna L.); and his sisters, Rose Perry of Richland and Beatrice Magyar of Richland. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
