She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Burkhardt and Ann Burkhardt (Bondi); her husband Donald R. Blough, Sr.; her children, Mary and Donald Blough, Jr.; and her brother Joseph Burkhardt.
She is survived by: her children, Joann (Rick Poznanski), Dianna (Mark Fabrizio) and Michael Blough; her grandsons, Eric Fabrizio (Missy), Josh Fabrizio and Adam Poznanski (Allison); her great grandchild Antonio Fabrizio; and her sister-in-law Mary Carolus. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
