She was predeceased by: her father Dewayne Leverknight. She is survived by: her mother Laverne Leverknight (Horner); her husband Ralph H. Deal; her children, Michele (Bill Lewis) and Ralph (Denise); and her granddaughter Abby Lewis (Devin Koontz). She is also survived by 4 sisters, 1 brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
