She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert W. Fisher and Hilda M. Fisher (Boxler); her husband James R. Bailey Sr.; her siblings, Mildred Fisher, Albert Fisher and William Fisher; and her nieces, Lori Kelso (Fisher) and Victoria A. "Vicki" Oherrick.
She is survived by: her children, James R. Jr. (Patricia), Richard W. (Janet) and Marjorie A. (Thomas Kelly); her great grandchildren, Christopher Villano, Katilin Villano, Evan Bailey, Camryn Bailey, Emily Gee and Matthew Gee; and her sisters, Laura Oherrick and Margie Lach.
The family suggests memorial donations to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Ave. Windber or The Caring Fund at Laurel View Village 2000 Cambridge Drive, in memory of Eulalia I. Bailey.
