He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Waters and Blanche Waters (Spory); his wife Judith A. Waters (Wingard); and his siblings, George Waters and Verda Berkebile.
He is survived by: his children, Scott A. (Susan), Susan E. (Edward Slone) of Kearney, MO and David J. (Melinda); his grandchildren, Alan Waters (Amber), Elizabeth Broyles, Miranda, Kara and Jamie Waters; and his great grandchildren, Ellie and Bryce Waters. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Due to Covid, a private viewing and service will be held at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Davidsville.
