She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Blank and Anna Mae Blank (Penner); her husband Spurgeon Brenchak; and her daughter Lori Bloom. She is survived by: her son Spurgeon (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Kara, Kaiden Lentz, Samantha, Natalie Comeford and Josie Spengler; and her siblings, Duane Blank (Joane), Barry (Linda) and Susan Blank. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
