He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Horvath. He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Horvath (Lower); his wife Debra Horvath (Barnhart); his siblings, Joseph Horvath (Kelly), Sherry Weiser (Jim) and Lynn Jo Freeburn; his father-in-law Ernest Barnhart; and his friend Dean. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
