Speece of Dauphin, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Speece and Lucille Speece (Bowers). He is survived by: his wife Debra A. Blackburn; his children, Joseph S. Speece (Elizabeth) of Duncannon, Sherry L. Blackburn (Tom Hill) of Harrisburg, Catrina M. Evans (Justin) of Duncannon and Tamaryn J. Rudy (Randy) of Dauphin; and his brothers, James R. Speece, Jr. of Dauphin and Robert W. Speece (Terri) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
In keeping with current health guidelines, attendees are encouraged to exercise proper precautions including the wearing of face coverings and appropriate social distancing.
