She is survived by: her daughter Susan H. Youtz (John K.); her daughter-in-law Donna Usztics; her son Barry Donbaugh (Genie); her sisters, Eileen Velter and Jeanne Durborow (Richard); her grandchildren, Ivan Usztics (Jessie), Alexander Usztics (Eileen), Chelsea Haken (Josiah) and Cameron Youtz (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Eden Haken, Ahron Haken, Everly Usztics, Emmi Usztics and Remington Usztics.
