He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vicki V. Clemm (Smith); his parents, Virginia K. (Fredland) and Harry Burd Clemm, Sr.; and his children, Chris S. Clemm, Janee L. King (Warren) and William E. Clemm. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
