He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne Heintzelman. He is survived by: his wife Jill Heintzelman; his father Donald "Pop" Heintzelman; his stepmother Peg; his children, Amy Butcher (Michael), Carly Buffington (Frank Hetherington), Jacob Medvidovich, Nathan Medvidovich (Preet Goraya), Felicia Medvidovich and Tessa Buffington (Jared); his siblings, Jamie Heintzelman, John Heintzelman and Tammy Sconiers; and his grandsons, Franny, Carson, Max, Thomas, Nolan, Mason and Henry. He is also survived by family members and friends.
