She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Speece and Ellen Speece (Snyder); and her stepson John M. Fulton III. She is survived by: her husband John M. Fulton, Jr.; her son Dr. Robert G. Weiss; her stepdaughter Ruth F. Dokken; her daughter-in-law Lynn C. Fulton; her grandchildren, Jessica E. Weiss, Emily J. Weiss, Stephanie L. Clark, John M. Fulton IV and Erik D. Dokken; and her great grandchildren, Evan F. Clark, Carlee A. Fulton, John M. Fulton V, Erianne Dokken and Reece Dokken.
