He is survived by: his parent Mary Shomper Huggins (Davis); his wife Carlean Shomper; his son David Shomper; his stepchildren, Randy Stone (Eileen), Violet Korbich (Harold), Cindy Burkholder (Mark) and Lynne Gordon; his siblings, Jane Webster, Linda Gonder, Clayton (Joanne), Ronald, Rich and John (Judy); and also Pam. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
